Singtel shares “key benefits” of using direct sales

The Director of SingNet Pte Ltd (Singtel) has said Appco’s direct sales service delivers what traditional advertising cannot: personalised messaging.

“One of the key benefits of having the direct sales force is to bring [our] service to the doorstep of the customer, interact with the customer on a one-to-one basis and explain our product and services in a language that the customer understands,” She said. “Advertising and phone calls will not be able to achieve such a personalised service.”

Singtel has been in partnership with Appco Singapore for over eight years. Since 2007, Appco Singapore, through its network of independent marketing companies and independent contractors, has generated more than 300,000 customers for Singtel.
