The Director of SingNet Pte Ltd (Singtel) has said Appco’s direct sales service delivers what traditional advertising cannot: personalised messaging.
“One of the key benefits of having the direct sales force is to bring [our] service to the doorstep of the customer, interact with the customer on a one-to-one basis and explain our product and services in a language that the customer understands,” She said. “Advertising and phone calls will not be able to achieve such a personalised service.”
